BASIC INFORMATION OF THE PROJECT

1. This project aims to treat the exhaust gas generated during the spraying process in the production of electronic products. The exhaust gas mainly consists of benzene, toluene, xylene, and total VOCs.
2. The air volume is 300000m ³/h (5 * 60000m ³/h), the relative humidity is 80%, and the concentration is about 200mg/m ³/h.
3. The treatment process used is water spray+dry filter+activated carbon adsorption concentration+catalytic combustion (CO) equipment. After processing, it meets the emission limit for volatile organic compounds in the furniture manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province DB44/814-2010 for the second period.
